Starting Wednesday, March 5, Uptown's chic and hip dining spot, ARPA Tapas Wine Bar Grill, will offer Food & Wine nights the first Wednesday of each month. Guests can get a taste of Spain by indulging in six delicious tapas paired with six featured wines, all for $12.
