Located at the stylish Village at Southpark, M5’s sleek interior modern design boasts natural materials and warm lighting to create an ambience of sophistication and class. A field to table philosophy is evident throughout the menu which presents a variety of fresh, robust and vibrant dishes.

The restaurant’s expansive Veranda continues to be the “place to be seen” and is perfect for a shaken (or stirred) Martini, award-winning glass of wine or special cocktail while relaxing and taking in the bustling views of the city.

	CHEF SCOTT WALLEN

	Chef Scott Wallen’s background is a culmination of more than thirteen years experience in the culinary field which has taken him across the country from Michigan to Nevada and back to Charlotte, working at restaurants such as Spago in Chicago and Wolfgang Puck’s contemporary Postrio Bar and Grill in Las Vegas. At Postrio, he had the opportunity to work side by side with both Thomas Keller and Alain Ducasse. His passion for fresh product allows him the ultimate in creative culinary opportunities, offering guests something truly special each time they dine at M5.
