“Perfect Pairings” Wine Dinner
With special guest Eric Asimov, Wine Critic
for The New York Times

Mimosa Grill will present the culmination of its “Wine School” tastings with Eric Asimov in a special wine event called “Perfect Pairings.”  Mimosa’s Executive Chef Thomas Marlow along with Burke Hospitality Group’s Corporate Chef Scott Wallen and Harper’s Charlotte Chef Sean Anderson will participate in presenting the very best of the group’s wine and food discoveries with a five course dinner menu.  Eric Asimov, who will be traveling to the Charleston Food & Wine event around this time, has agreed to stop by Charlotte for the event and meet and greet guests while offering his own insight into each of the wines.  Cost is:  $125 per person, inclusive.  For dinner and a copy of Eric’s book, “Food with Wine”, cost is $160.  Reservations must be pre-paid.  To reserve, click here.
