About Harper's

Charlotte-based Harper’s Restaurant Group is all about developing unique, dynamic, and exciting original restaurants in the Carolinas. Over twenty years ago, founder and North Carolina native, Tom Sasser, joined friends John Collett and Bill Branstrom to establish the first Harper's Restaurant in Charlotte.  Today, the Group operates 4 concepts across 6 restaurants with more than 450 associates.

 At Harper’s, we always strive to set the bar higher when it comes to delivering “polished casual” dining.  Each restaurant offers guests a unique experience and features menus with bold, innovative cuisine that use the season’s freshest ingredients and the best local products. With a true passion for hospitality, our restaurants’ staffs are dedicated to providing exceptional service so that our guests enjoy the best in dining each and every time they visit.

Harper’s Green Initiatives
Harper’s Restaurant Group shares in the responsibility of reducing the environmental impact of products through recycling. All Harper’s locations recycle old grease and oil, all metal cans, plastic, glass and cardboard. We are currently working on additional green initiatives that we will roll out at each of our restaurants. We encourage all businesses, individuals and government agencies to work together in this global challenge.
