Harper’s Restaurant Group shares in the responsibility of reducing the environmental impact of products through recycling. All Harper’s locations recycle old grease and oil, all metal cans, plastic, glass and cardboard. We are currently working on additional green initiatives that we will roll out at each of our restaurants in 2008. We encourage all businesses, individuals and government agencies to work together in this global challenge.
